Donate for National Proofreading Day and International Women's Day to support Scribbr's mission!

Wednesday, March 8th 2023 it is National Proofreading Day and International Women's Day.  Like every year, we organize a fundraiser for the organisation Room to Read! Like last year, Scribbr will donate €5 per incoming order on this day and in addition, you can send a postcard to a person of your choice with a personal note in exchange for a donation!

Why Room to read?
All your donations will go to the organization Room to read. Scribbr's mission is to guide students on their journey to become better academic writers. Reality is that many girls and and women don't even have access to education in the first place. This is why Scribbr decided to support Room to Read, an organization committed to literacy and education for girls around the world.

Scribbr's contribution
Scribbr will donate €5.00 per Proofreading & Editing assignment that is received on National Proofreading Day and International Women's Day. In addition, Scribbr will take care of sending the cards in exchange for a donation. 

How can you help?

What can Room to Read do with our donations?

• $10 brings 10 new books to a classroom.  
• $25 fills an entire bookshelf.  
• $50 teaches a child how to read for one year.  
• $100 gives one girl a year of confidence-building life skills education. 
• $300 keeps her in secondary school with a supportive mentor for an entire year.

Why your help matters
