We are pleased to announce that Room to Read Japan has been selected as one of the official charity partners of the Tokyo Marathon 2026!
We are looking for charity runners who are willing to take on the challenge with us in support of children’s literacy and gender equality in education.

Please note: This platform accepts donations in USD only. Amounts displayed and charged will be in United States Dollars, not local currency.

Getting Started:

  1. Set up your fundraising page by clicking the "Start Your Campaign" button at the top of this page.
  2. Choose your fundraising goal — the recommended target is US$5,000, or set your own goal.
  3. Share your campaign with friends, family, and colleagues!
  4. Make your gift go twice as far with a corporate match!
  5. Complete your fundraising challenge by end of 2025 or by February 28, 2026 — before marathon day!
